How do you think President Obama is doing so far? If you're an American citizen, would you vote the same way (whether for or against)? If you're not, what's your take on Obama's performance? Did his State of the Union address sway your opinion in any way?

1. I think he's doing the best job he can, given the climate in which he has to work. I never thought he was the Second Coming, so I sorta have an advantage over the people who did. He's said since day one that it would take a long time to get everything done. I think he's the best person for the job right now, especially considering how it COULD have gone down. No drama for me, I heart him a lot. :)

2. Yes, without question.

3. Not applicable.

This, so much this.

There's also part of me that thinks he's a reward for what we previously endured in that office.

Yeah, because othewise it'd be McCain/Palin. And yes, I was wincing all the way through typing "Palin" (there, I did it again). And ugh, did you read this? Johnny, we really didn't know ya.

DUDE. WE DESERVE A REWARD. MONEY'D BE GOOD, TOO.

Don't worry. The Money Store is open for business. (Spending freeze? BWAHAHAHAHAHA! Oh, that's rich. Watch the juggler do what he does best.)

I tried to learn to juggle once. Didn't work.

The SOTU was pretty well said, too.

I don't own a television, but I printed the transcript and I'll have to read it tonight (or tomorrow).

You can see it online at CSPAN here. I don't own a (working) TV either; I watched it online.

Thank you, but video-streaming on my computer is always sketchy, with lots of skips and delays. I don't know if it's the machine itself, the fact that I live in BFE, or that I'm just too retarded to figure it out. I'm happy with the transcript; that way I won't be swayed by excellent speaking skills. (I know, cynical much? Pretty silly, I guess. I did vote for the man after all).
