Alas, when I was last there I didn't have the time to venture in, so I just drove past it and instead treated myself to a mini "walking tour" by several of the College Hill houses H.P. Lovecraft referred to in his stories. That's at the top of my list for when I return, though - and I definitely intend to do so! Thanks for the great link!

Oh, how fantastic! Will do. Maybe we could have an eldritch lunch together. :) Thanks so much. It must be a beautiful place to live and work - as I said, I fell in love with it. And so much history! (Poe, Lovecraft, etc., not to mention all the colonial background and such...) Thanks again - I'll definitely let you know when I'm coming back.

You'll have to see (at least from the outside) Butler Hospital (which is no longer called "Butler Hospital for the Insane"), where both of HPL's parents died.
