Fraser is not shy with women in whom he's interested. I mean, um. Victoria, anyone?

Not to mention Meg! I was rewatching their episodes a few months ago, and I only just then realized exactly how much of that near-relationship he propels. He asks her out for coffee, he initiates their kiss on the train, he tells her he can't forget about it, he comes into her office with flowers and says he'll make a baby with her if he also gets a romance out of it... I think the only ways Meg moves it forward are that moment in the egg incubator when she tried to tell him she didn't see him as just a subordinate and on the train, when she said she'd grieved briefly for him after he got thrown off.

I think that when Fraser wants something, he wants it, whether it's someone's affections, or Justice, or even revenge (reference Gerard). Fraser is pretty single-focus a lot of the time. And he's passionate about practically everything. He just hates to death being seen as a sex object, because, hey, those women don't even know him.
